ABOUT PACKAGING

We avoid individual plastic packaging whenever possible.  However, in order to retain produce moisture and prevent damage to the cardboard box due to water leakage, we put our produce in one large plastic bag for delivery.  Using this one large plastic is a must and not negotiable.
