Refund policy

Refund & Returns: We, Shiga Kajiwara Farm, do not accept returns. However, if the goods are damaged, please notify us and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Cancellations:  Customers cannot cancel their order after the payment transaction.  We cannot refund any orders that we have already made delivery arrangement for.  Please do not message us via FACEBOOK or Instagram for order related matters.
