Subscription policy

SUBSCRIPTIONS (Currently unavailable) 

Until your subscription is terminated mid season or at the end of the delivery duration, we will deliver based on the schedule you specified.  The delivery duration is indicated in the delivery calendar.  At the end of the delivery duration, your subscription will be automatically terminated.  It will not be automatically renewed for next season.  

You can terminate your subscription account any time after you have made 2 purchases.

You will be first charged at the time of your initial order placement.  After the initial payment transaction, you will be charged 1 day before each scheduled delivery date.  If you signed up for a once a month subscription, however, after the initial payment transaction, you will be charged on the 30th of each month regardless of the delivery day you have chosen.  

To cancel (skip, temporary pause, terminate) a delivery, please notify us at least 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date.  You will not be charged as long as you notify us at least 2 days in advance.  You cannot cancel your order after its payment transaction has been completed. We cannot refund any orders that we have already made delivery arrangement for.  Please do not message us via facebook or Instagram for account related matters.

You can make account changes including cancellation notifications and address changes, etc. on your subscription account page you will be given a link to when you place your subscription order.
